These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the agreement between Blyzr Ltd (“Blyzr”, “we”, “us”, or“our”) and the client (“you” or “the customer”). By subscribing to or purchasing any Blyzr service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Blyzr provides automated social media management and content creation services based on the selected subscription plan. Services include the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content as detailed in each package.

2. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed automatically on a monthly recurring basis from the original subscription date.• Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to early cancellation, dissatisfaction with content, or changes in business circumstances.• By subscribing, you authorise Blyzr to charge the payment method provided for recurring monthly payments until cancellation in accordance with Section 3.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.• Cancellations must be submitted via email to harrison@blyzr.social.• Failure to provide the required notice will result in your next monthly payment being processed in full.

4. Content Delivery and Feedback

Blyzr will deliver your social media content in line with your chosen package and agreed schedule.• You are entitled to one (1) round of feedback or revision on the monthly content or on the overarching strategy.• Any additional feedback or changes outside this allowance may be subject to additional fees at Blyzr’s discretion.• Content approval delays caused by the client do not extend the posting schedule or payment cycle.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, brand assets, and any required approvals within agreed timeframes.• Delays in communication, asset delivery, or feedback may impact the delivery of content but will not alter billing schedules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Blyzr remains Blyzr’s property until full payment is received for the relevant billing period.• Once payment has been made, Blyzr grants the client a licence to use the content for marketing purposes across agreed channels.

7. Refunds and Disputes

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed.• In the event of a billing dispute, please contact support@blyzr.com within 7 days of the charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blyzr will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.

9. Agreement

By subscribing to Blyzr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Blyzr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates published on our website.
